The newly renovated unit was lovely, but the bed was uncomfortable.

We had our adult children and grandchlidren there. It was a perfect place for winter activities--as well as indoor activities offered by the inn.

The wifi was sporadic at best--most of the time not working. This needs definite improvement!

We had a suite and it was huge and tastefully decorated. The location of the hotel was great and stunning - relatively close to Linville Gap. The property was a brilliant place for enjoying a beautiful area.

We enjoyed our stay at Blue Ridge Village . The suite that we has was very open and everything you needed .

The only complaint that I have is that the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

Everything was wonderful from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and fabulous room. The food provided was healthy! The service was friendly with a friendly check-in. Furthermore, I had no problems with free Wi-Fi in public areas.

great amenities but noise issues at times

The jetted tub in our One-Bedroom Suite provided a relaxing escape after long days. Playing mini golf with my partner made for some lovely memories. The gas fireplace added an extra layer of warmth and coziness to our stay.

There was a lot of traffic noise outside.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing

I was blown away by my spacious two-bedroom suite! The large kitchen made cooking easy, and the views from the balcony were amazing, overlooking rolling hills and twinkling lights. Plus, the staff were really nice with their warmth and helpfulness!

The indoor pool area featured high ceilings and large windows, awesome for beautiful natural light. The cozy fireplace in the lobby created a warm, inviting atmosphere that was perfect.

Improved accessibility for seniors would be beneficial.

After enjoying the cozy push-button fireplace and beautiful kitchen views, I can't recommend this place enough! The onsite BBQ area and spacious garden were perfect, and having a fully stocked kitchen. Just a heads up, the shower was a bit cramped, but it didn't take away from the awesome experience overall 😊

The two-bedroom suite was super spacious with a cozy fireplace and a great kitchen equipped with a microwave, oven, and refrigerator. The private bathroom had everything we needed. Loved the fitness centre for a quick workout. The view of the mountains was beautiful.

The location was spot on for exploring yummy local bites! Swing by Mountain Grounds for the best brews or pop over to Elevations for fine views and hearty dishes. The one-bedroom suite was roomy, boasting a full kitchen, made meal prep easy. Cozy vibes with that gas fireplace just hit the right notes.

Staying in building 11 wasn't a smooth ride, my rear-wheel drive got stuck in the snow, and the parking situation was slicker than a greased pig. Plus, you might wanna check on noise levels from upstairs guests. It could be a bit distracting.

The spacious Two-Bedroom Suite was ideal for my business stay, equipped with a full kitchen that enabled meal prep. The location was really good, providing easy access to local attractions and business meetings. The staff was professional and responsive, assisting promptly with my requests .

Some amenities could use updating.

We had a fantastic two-night stay with a beautiful full-size kitchen and a big, clean bathroom. The lovely spacious layout made it a treat to relax after a day of snow hunting. I would return!

Had a blast with my friends! We loved the resort's mini-golf course and took a trip to Sugar Mountain Resort for skiing. The amenities were great, including the clubhouse and paddle boats. Friendly staff.

The check-in was a bit chaotic as our room wasn't ready on time.
